What is Jarti?

Jarti is the first women‑to‑women service marketplace, designed to ensure safety, comfort, and solidarity. Our platform connects certified independent female providers with clients seeking trustworthy at‑home services.

How do I sign up as a client?

Visit the Sign Up page, enter your name, email address, and choose a password. You’ll receive a confirmation link by email-click it and you’re ready to explore and book services.

How can I become a provider?

Go to the Become a Provider section and complete your profile with skills, experience, service area, and upload your identity documents and references. After a quick online training, you’ll earn the “Jarti Certified” badge and be visible to clients.

What types of services are available?

You can choose from cleaning and housekeeping, home repairs and handyman work, fitness and wellness coaching, private tutoring, culinary services, and more. Always delivered by women for women.

How does the booking process work?

Simply select your desired service, pick a date and time, and confirm. You’ll receive an email and SMS reminder 24 hours before. After the appointment, you can leave a rating and comment to share your experience.

How am I protected during a service?

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Partner insurance provides automatic coverage for liability and accidental damage, and our all‑female support team is available seven days a week for any questions.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Funds are released to the provider only after the service is completed, with no hidden fees.
